WELCOME If you haven't yet discovered my business, please allow me to introduce it to you-- The Complete Picture serves the Richmond Area with: - expert design in custom framing - picture hanging - decor & art arrangement - watercolor & pen/ink house portraits & note cards - custom projects the use of proper materials for conservation, and a deep sense of responsibilty to you, your art and your keepsakes. Hours are typically: Tuesday - Friday: 10 to 5 Saturday: 10 to 3 Although closed Sunday & Monday, appointments gladly made for other times in the business, or in your home or office.
