Holly Days Bazaar - 2008 Sponsored by Powhatan Chapter # 146 & Midlothian Chapter # 85 - Order of the Eastern Star The Annual Holly Days Bazaar will be held this year on: Saturday, November 22, 9:00 to 5:00, and Sunday, November 23, noon to 4:00. Location: Powhatan Elementary School, 4111 Old Buckingham Road ( Rt. 13), Powhatan, VA. Inside spaces: approximately 8' X 10'; 2 day cost: $50. per space. Craft vendor may rent no more than 2 inside spaces. PLEASE NOTE: because this is a craft show there are only a limited number of spaces available for vendors selling a pre-made product or service that is not handmade. If you are such a business or service vendor you are limited to only 1 inside space. Outside spaces: approximately 10 x 10’; 2 day cost: $25. per space. This is a rain or shine event, but the weather is usually still good that time of year. Please remember as you plan for the Bazaar: Set up from 7-9 a.m. on Saturday, November 22th. Please do not break down before 4:00 on Sunday. Vendors who break-down early will not be back in 2009. Tables are not provided, you must bring your own. Spaces will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Your car MUST be moved to the parking lot behind the school as soon as possible after unloading, or it will be towed. The only doors we are permitted to use are the front door & the gym door. PLEASE don’t violate our contract with the school. The Order of the Eastern Star will not be held responsible for damage of any kind. Please help us keep this a quality show---no yard sale items!
