Custom Framing |

I have extensive experience and education in the field of custom framing and the handling of art, from the most dear, child's art to valuable originals and priceless objects. I do my framing with experience and care. Never hestiate to ask me questions.
Here are answers to common questions:
Q.Cheap or expensive, isn't all framing the same?
A.NO! Bad framing design will take away from the art. And, there are different grades of framing materials on the market. Just because your mat is "acid free" doesn't mean it is a quality, conservation mat. Conservation means materials that maintain your art or valued images.
Q.The framing will cost how much!?
A.Yes, I know you only paid $2 for the art, but framing of most prints and posters, almost without exception, is more costly than the art. Think in terms of the total cost for the finished piece. After all, you spend $1 for a pack of flower seeds but it may cost $20 for the pot & soil!
Q.This framing was on sale,(well the mats are a little small, and the color doesn't really go with the picture, and something just doesn't look right about it), BUT it was a great deal...wasn't it?
A.Don't assume discount is such a great deal, or price! Our pricing is competitive and you get expert design advice. The good deal is a great looking finished piece. Ornate, or simple, the framing design must highlight the art. Remember: The bitterness of poor quality, and design, remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
Q.Help, my framing was not done right--it's rippling!
A.Very simply put....if your art was conservation framed the art may ripple. If it was permanently mounted to a backboard it should not ripple.
